In order to uphold our promise on price and speed, we cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product when it arrives, we accept returns within 5 days (less the cost of shipping). We’re proud of our designs and we love our products -- and we hope you do too.
All purchases are final. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please email email@example.com to discuss replacing order.
To replace your order, you MUST return the damaged item. Use the original package whenever possible. You will be responsible for the return postage to our corporate headquarters. Our customer support chat is available to answer any questions you may have prior to making your purchase so that we may provide any details and answer any questions regarding our inventory.
Orders using promo codes and/or sale items are FINAL SALE. Gift Card orders are eligible for store credit only.
